Can ANYBODY tell me why?

I have three cats, whom I cannot live without! They are all inside cats and I love them all. I got all three of them at the Parkersburg Humane Society. Last year, Isabelle (he's a boy!!!!)(we didn't know it when we got him, he was 5 weeks old and we continue to call him a "her") my black cat, started having trouble urinating.
