We took Jake to the vet. He had a bad spell like a stroke and couldnt get up. He was able to walk shakily the next day but we knew it was time for him to cross the rainbow bridge. I admit since the Barron County Humane Society moved to Barron I have not volunteered there as much as I used to. When my now, 17 yr old Daughter, and I wanted something fun to do we would go down the street to visit the puppies and kittens when the shelter was down the street.
