Little KC was found dumped in a park about 13 months ago. She is a small beagle, much too small to fit into her beagle ears. She is estimated to be about 9 years old and when brought to the West Deer shelter, it was noticed immediately that she didn't drink water, so a trip to the vet was made the next morning, and it turned out that she had a broken jaw.
