Bobbi and the Strays, a non-profit animal shelter in New York, are in danger of losing their home in Dec. They are leasing a building which will be sold in December. Over the last year or so, we have noticed that a turtle will come from across the road, to our front yard. There is an area about a 1/4 of a mile behind our home, that has a pond. We think that he goes there for an extended stay. When we are lucky enough to see him crossing the street, to our yard, we watch for cars, so that he can cross safely..He is a free-spirit and doesn't stay long. The pics are kinda small.
