Polar Bears

Polar Bears have been listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. Good first step...BUT, there are a lot of loopholes for oil companies and other polluters. AND their habitat wasn't protected and designated as a "critical habitat". I've read that they should have been listed as endangered instead of threatened because it would have been a stronger protective standard for them. Something has to be done.
