We had a snake in our house today! It was super-cute. I thought it was funny when it saw me, raised up, and opened its mouth, trying to look tough. It was just a tiny guy, and I have no idea how it got in the house. I found it a dry spot in the wood pile and set it free, back outside. I'm really glad Shandi didn't see it. Can you believe it is March 1st already? Getting lots of rain today (we've measured over 2 inches since it began overnight). This is soooo good for the plants and waterways! Let's hope the storm continues. read more
