The winter stormy weather didn't arrive as early as predicted, was able to get Shandi out for a really nice trek this morning. Now, it is dark (as if it were early evening!) and windy and rainy. Shandi is laying here, looking pretty happy! :-) read more

Shandi seems to love her new pack. On all of her daily outings, she treks with such purpose! She still prefers to trot or run while having the pack on, vs. walking. read more

Shandi got a new backpack and really likes it. She prefers to run/trot-quickly while wearing it.... Walking is too slow for a working pup. :-) The weather is so nice, perfect for crisp, quick treks through the leaves! read more

As I wrote my earlier entry, Shandi must have known that I was writing about snow. She is sleeping, and all of a sudden, I hear her tail thumping. Just dreaming some happy fall/winter dreams. read more

Well, Halloween is over and October just flew by.... Already November. Shandi is looking forward to some snow and LOTS of fun romping and playing in it. I have to admit, I quite like it myself! Happy November everyone! read more
