On our morning walk today, Shandi and I saw over 10 dogs (with their companions) in just the first 1/2-mile alone! The crazy-warm weather has everyone out. It is below freezing at night now. I send thoughts out to all of the animals who are forced to stay outside with no shelter, love, or warmth. It is especially sad when someone has a pet, but leaves them outside, chained and alone --- so very sad. read more

Everyone in the house likes doing yoga in the evening. Shandi really enjoys joining us for some "doga" relaxation. It is really a nice way to unwind and let Shandi have some extra stretching and love. She can even help us learn better form! read more
