I hope everyone is still logging onto zootoo and showing their support for the Friendship APL. I know it was a relief when we finally made it in the top 20. I was glad to take a couple of days away from the computer. But they need our support now more than ever. I hope they think our shelter is worthy to be in the top 10. read more

I'm surprised to read that some of the top 20 in this contest had parades, bands, etc. Seems to kind of contradict the point that these shelters need money. I know our area is pretty hard hit right now for money with some of the big businesses in this area - steel mills, Ford, etc. I sure hope the fanfare doesn't have a big impact on the judges … read more

I have mixed feelings about zootoo giving people 200 extra points this late in the game. There's really not a convenient Petco location to us. So those people with one nearby are getting easy points. read more
