She was just this close to being euthanized as a fear biter. At four months old she had been transported 500 miles north with two of her siblings after having spent those first four months locked in somebody’s basement and ignored. He saved her life by deciding that what he saw was not a propensity to bite, but rather a need to protect herself from human hands of which she had never been treated gently with.
