Usuall if Sid is on the couch with me, he sits at the opposite end. He slowly pushes me off the middle cushion so he can sprawl out. We usually give Sid and Booker treats after the kids are in bed, usually a rawhide chew. I've noticed lately that when we come out of Taryn's room, Sid is all excited, dancing around and hyper. I've quit giving him treats until he can calm down some more. I don't mind an excited dog, but I don't want him to develop bad habits either. read more

Taryn's bed has rails since she's not quite two and a half and has a tendency to roll out of bed. Yesterday, Booker figured out how to get around the railing and onto her bed.
