My time here as you know has been severely restricted and I felt that I needed to write an entry to say how much I did enjoy it while it lasted - but life and the real world have gotten in the way........... a second job is looming, health problems prevail in my household and many changes are in store. The Final 3.........

Well, the Final 3 did not include Second Chance Animal Shelter but we are still winners in every sense of the word...the contest brought our small shelter into the spotlight in our little town of 2,000 people and far beyond.. Great to be back !!

I may not be fully caught up yet - okay a long way from it LOL but I am back on my much loved Zootoo !!! Yeah for me !! So we spent Mother's Day visiting my Mom and Russell's Mom and then home so I could mow the lawn and THEN .. I came in and read the ZT news stories - It was so, so nice to finally get back on and see all the familiar names and faces - read the news , review the comments. It has been a busy few days in my home and for the first time in a long time it is not because of ZT or the shelter. My husband required surgery and some unexpected problems have occurred - putting me back in touch with the real world unfortunately.
