Many day care facilities do not have enough staff to control the amount of dogs they are caring for. I like to see 2 people per 10 dogs. Dogs KNOW who is in charge. One more case of abuse in N.J. On February 2, 2009, in the Township of Frelinghusen on Route 661, a dog was found dead on the side of the road. Someone obviously killed and dumped the dog there.
