The Center is now collecting DNA samples from more than 30 adopted shelter dogs. To their surprise, they found that their best guesses about breeds were dead wrong. Many of the so-called Lab mixes were really just black dogs with floppy ears while most of the Pit mixes had some American Staffordshire DNA, along with other breeds. read more

If you saw the local news this morning, the ASPCA went in and closed down a Pa. (or Nashville???) puppymill, taking 300 pups into their care. Go Arthur and staff! Arthur was the first gentleman to carry a pup off the truck and one of our trainers at St. Hubert's. We're proud of all of you! read more
