Today's the day!

Less than 4 hours left and counting, looks like HSOV has a spot sewn up! I feel sorry for the shelters at #21 and #22, there is a very tight grouping there and I imagine they are all online duking it out right now. We all pray for the highest prize, but no matter what happens we are all winners, as is the shelter. 13th today - no, 12th now! - yayhoo ZooToo!

Still climbing upward (went from 13th to 12th while I was working on here this evening), though the daily progress is slowing down. It's so amazing that with all the shelters in the whole country, ours has the support to be ranked 12th! And I've said it before, Parkersburg's shelter is still in the top 20 (16th today), so that in itself is pretty amazing and I'm happy for them, also. Awesome HSOV!

Must be a lot of supporters to keep rising in the ranks like this! Up to 14th today, hope we can hold on for the finish! I finally got to help at the shelter yesterday for the first time in a few weeks, and it was good to see everyone again and be able to help out. Cheryl said the cash consolation prizes for the shelters in the top 20 that don't win the makeover is itself significant. I really, really, really hope that we can get something.
