I watched a segment on disarming a dog a few nights ago. A dog was very anxious and bit everyone but it's owner. The vet decided to disarm the dog. I didn't understand what that meant until I watched. It's filing down the teeth so when the dog bites it won't hurt so much....SHEESH I don't think I liked that at all.
