Jess is still doing well. He went back to the vet today for another bath another dip and another shot. He's going to be a very expensive dog by the time this is over. But he is looking much better and his coat is starting to get glossy. He's still bugging the girls though. read more

Stray mutt Jesse wandered up and we're taking care of him but I can't help but wonder - where are the others? From volunteering at the HSCC I know if one pup is dumped there are bound to be siblings along with him but I can't find Jesse's. Some of the fat head minnows (or minners as they are called in this area :) didn't make it. Next time I need to take someone with me so they can hold the bag upright in the car so the fish don't get jammed in a corner. Oh brother. No good deed goes unpunished. I thought he smelled pretty stinky. We set him up on the table at Dr. Bill's and that's what he said in the first 5 seconds. Well, it's not too bad I guess.
