Why Is "Anonymous" Allowed to Post?

As my friends know, we purchased Morgan (GSD) from a breeder. I wrote a review for the breeder who was listed on Zootoo WITHOUT her knowledge. Furthermore, she was listed under her personal name, not her business name. That brings up another topic--who listed all the breeders?
