It seemed so strange this morning. I fed the dogs and almost started to get the cat food out before I remembered that he's not here any more. These little changes in routine are what hurts the most. We miss Sniper. read more

Yesterday we had a class of third and fourth grade Girl Scouts here for a program on service dogs. The girls really listened and seemed interested. Afterwards they got to go through the kennel and meet Rags. I hope they had a good time. read more

There was a class today and somehow we didn't know it, so I came in and did a poor job of substituting, but at lease the Girl Scouts didn't travel all the way from Oakland and not have any class at all. We had fun. read more

If you've looked at my photos, you will have seen a lot of Rags and a golden puppy named Dreamer. Rags is teaching Dreamer how to play nicely, but he really doesn't need a lot of teaching, he's a really sweet guy. read more
