Warm weather allowed me to get some more outdoor chores done before serious bad weather hits. Got some mulching down after cleaning out the rest of the leaves from the flower beds. Jett looks great after his afternoon at the "spa". Oatmeal shampoo and cream rinse to help the itchy dry skin. Did not buy any new cat toys for Christmas - realized we can "regift" the old ones by a spritz of concentrated catnip spray. We inherited Blackie when his former owners moved out of their rental home and couldn't catch Blackie and the late Goldie. We syphoned the water out of the 3'deep pond until there was no where for the koi to hide. He is still a willy fellow that doesn't like to be caught in the net! read more
