I don't know why its so hard for people to volunteer their time to help innocent animals find homes. All it takes is a few hours one day a week to help out. It is unbelievable the differences between pet/non-pet lovers. True pet lovers are all into their pets. They are compassionate, understanding and show a high-level of interest in animals. I'm now fostering two female puppies who are 10 weeks old. They each have their own personalities.
