Well, Dream's vet still doesn't have an answer for her enlarged spleen. Her secondary bloodwork came back fine. They checked for a few obscure parasites that seem to bother greyhounds. Just got Dream back from the Vet's office. Her sonogram showed that there was not a tumor in her spleen. That would have been the worse case scenerio. So, thank goodness that is out of the way.
