Convenient hotel for thermal desert circuit

This is an easy hotel to stay in while competing at the Thermal Desert Circuit. Its near a Starbucks and the show facility, and has plenty of parking. They also have free dates and yummy, lemony water in the lobby. But the hotel itself is kind of grimy. The Holiday Inn Express, a little further away, is much cleaner.
Pros: convenient, free dates
Cons: kinda gross
