Avalon Darien Apartments

The apartments are nice. They take great pride in the grounds, they are always cleaning and planting new flowers. However, they don't have a lot of open space to walk your dog. They really want to restict you to certain small areas. They also send out several reminders throughout the year geared toward making sure you walk you pet in this certain areas. It sometimes feels like they are a "reluctant" pet friendly community.

Pros: pet friendly, poop bags provided

Cons: Not enough room to walk the dogs, cars drive very fast in community
