The rooms are dirty, one person went home with bed bugs. the floor in the bathroom floor was coming up. my dog who weigs 20lbs could make the floor shake when jumping off the bed
Pros: just was purchased with new owners and they look like they might be trying to improver it
Cons: DIRTY!!!
