If you need to soak your horses foot because of an abcess this works better than trying to keep their foot in a bucket for 20 minutes.
Go to a tire store and most of the time they will give you a free tire inner tube. Cut the tube a little longer than 1/2 the length. This is now ready to slip over your horses foot 1/2 way. Hold up the extra part and pour in epsom salts and warm water. Fold the loose half up around to about the knee and wrap it with duct tape. Now the horse can walk around with for a couple hours soaking.
