• Rapid breathing
• Swelling from fluid
• Unsteady walking

If you suspect your pet has consumed Tylenol or acetaminophen in excess amounts, you should consider this an emergency and not delay in seeking veterinary help. Cats are more severely affected than dogs by this condition, which can be characterized by rapid breathing, as well as bloody or brown urine. You may also notice that your pet has blue or darkened mucous, and is showing signs of experiencing pain in his stomach.
