Not too impressed

When we first moved to Oklahoma, my pom was in desperate need of a haircut as it was past time for his regular grooming. After talking to neighbors about their groomers, I finally decided to try PetsMart. The customer service seemed nice and genuine...or so I thought. I told them exactly what I wanted done on him and they acted as if they were clear on that. When I went to pick him up, it looked as though they hadn't even trimmed a hair on his body or anything. They rushed through it and when I'm paying 40-50 to have my small dog groomed I expect it to be done right. I wouldn't recommend anyone bring their pet to this PetsMart. I'm looking for a new groomer as I type this.
