Some Problems
Pros: What I saw was very clean, no odors.
Cons: Very busy with a lot of commotion. Some uncontrolable dogs in the lobby

We boarded our two dogs at Kennelwood last summer. I was very careful about choosing a kennel that could give my dogs what was needed while we were out of town. Both take important medications so I wanted to make sure they could handle the task. I have no reason to believe the staff did not give medications as directed. However, when we went to pick up our dogs my younger male dog urinated on the floor and raised his fur when he first saw me. I don't know if he was mad at me or them. I do feel in hind sight that the place was too busy and noisy and I think that was stressful for my dogs. Also, when I got home I noticed that my bill was incorrect and I had been overcharged. I had to drive all the way back the next day to get my credit and I wasn't ever offered a "sorry". I thought that was very unprofessional. I'm currently looking for a new place to board my dogs.
