When I lived in Maryland Heights, I took my dog here for grooming. They would always keep him longer than they said they would (8 hours instead of the 6 I was told it would take). He would come out of there so hyper and dehydrated and have to go to the bathroom immediately. I'm guessing they don't give them water, so they don't have to go to the bathroom and don't take them out so they don't waste time. I have a feeling it's a numbers game for them. The more they bring in and the faster they groom them, the more money they make. That's just my gut feeling.
