I have had 2 incidents with the same groomer at the Petsmart at Brentwood Promenade in Richmond Heights, Missouri. Now I make sure she doesn't come anywhere near my boy. I witnessed her yanking on his leg and yelling at him (she didn't know I was watching). I know this has to be a hard profession at times, with dogs snapping at you all the time, but I didn't like the way she handled it.
