Could be better
Pros: Fast service, did a nice job with the bathing
Cons: Didn't trim the nails!

Review Details
While they did a nice job bathing and grooming my dog, the wouldn't clip the nails because "the dog wouldn't sit still". I thought the whole point in going to a groomer was to have this sort of work done by a staff who is knowledgeable in how to work with animals? I doubt my dog is the only dog who is a bit shy about having his nails clipped. Do they just not do it unless the dog sits perfectly still and presents their paws?

No some dogs just cant have their nails done. What i suggest is trying another PetSmart, and going in for just a nail trim. You can be their while they do it and see how your dog behaves. If they cant do it, (either the dog tries to bite, or the dog fights to much, PetSmart will not do the nails.) Its too stressful on the dog, and sometimes the only way for the nails to get done if thats the case is to take the dog to a vet and have them sedated. (PetSmart does not allow sedated pets to be worked on)
