We've been taking Kitty to Green Acres since they opened. We always see Dr. Sara Bernat who is wonderful with Kitty. He has never particularly liked going to the vet but he is relatively calm when she is examining him. She has a gentle and soothing voice which I believe helps him to calm down.
Dr. Bernat will take as much time as you need to understand everything that is going on with your animal.
The rest of the staff is also very helpful and caring. They are always so cheerful and pleasant, it's nice to see that in a place of business.
We even received phone calls to let us know how Kitty was doing after a recent scare (he had to be admitted for a few days...longest few days of my life). He's doing so much better now thanks to Dr. Bernat and the rest of the team. We will never go anywhere else!
