This is a great place to take your dog to for grooming. Unlike some other groomers who only let you see a storefront and then take your pet down to an unseen basement or something - here you see exactly where your pet will be groomed. The staff is also very open to answer any of your questions. They are also completely calm, gentle, and patient with all the pets I have ever seen them with.
The thing I really like is the hand drying. This is safer than sticking them into a cage - better because they can work out tangles as the dog is drying - and better for a quicker and more thorough blowdry.
The staff are all very friendly and work really well together.
All the dogs also look great after they get groomed here - that is important too. ; - )
