Melissa, the owner, is the sole groomer of this mobile grooming salon. That being said, she knows ALL about your dog's likes/dislikes, as well as their habits (both the good and not so good). She is very patient, loving and kind with all her canine clientele. My dog, Tippy, HATED getting groomed. Nonetheless, Melissa was always patient, kind and gentle with my nervous girl. Tippy loved Melissa the person...she just didn't care much for what Melissa did as a profession. Tippy would play and smother kisses all over Melissa, until it was time to carry Tippy out to the grooming van.....then the shaking began. Nonetheless, Melissa ALWAYS gave Tippy the most beautiful haircuts. I always told Melissa she was an artist. After the grooming session, Tippy was right back to her love fest with Melissa. A true sign of trust and genuine love, despite any fears Tippy was experiencing from just not wanting to do something that her Mommy needed done!
