Pad their charges

I needed to board my dog. Her regular vet could not take her so I went to Mount Pleasant. While the staff was initially friendly, upon sign in they began asking for all kinds of vaccination records. I did have some recent records and my dog was completely up to date. - They said they wanted certificates. I had the receptionist call my vet to get verification that my dog had all her shots. - When I went to pick up the dog they had claimed to "regiven her many shots" they claimed to have had no record of her having. Then they wanted to charge me. I refused claiming that they had a phone verification from my vet who was right in town. - They said the phone verification would not be good enough. I think they did it on purpose to try and up the charges.
