Horrible!

I brought my dog into Petco in Mt. View and actually saw the groomer (The salon "manager") HIT MY DOG! He was a bit wiggly on the table, so SHE SMACKED HIM! so hard it made him yelp! He's been tramatized ever since. It was super expensive, and took her almost EIGHT HOURS to finish the groom!
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Abusive to animals, high pricing, takes forever!
