We tried this groomer because they are close to the house. We were slightly put off that they didnt seem in much though and that we had to walk in to make an appointment because they rarely answer the phone. There are 2 different businesses working out of the same room, both are lacking in customer service. While waiting for pick up our dog the girls were being catty and off color behind the partion. Becuase of this and the general customer service for answering phone, wait for groom, (6-8 weeks out), check out etc. we decided to look elsewhere.

As far as the grooming it was acceptable for $35 wash and trim, the 6 hours it took was not.
