Moak's Kritter Klips

Since its starting to get warmer here, I wanted to get my pup a good cut so make his coat less thick. I also wanted him looking adorable! Moaks got me in really quickly and I told them when I made the appointment that I had class at a certain time and would pick up my dog after...they said this was cool so I didn't think it would be a problem. But the experience at the store was crap. The place seem pretty unorganized and her own dog was there and barked at my dog, making him more afraid than he already was. Her dog also jumped on me multiple times. She started clipping my dog right when I was standing there discussing what I wanted fromt he clip and she really didn't seem to be paying attention or detailed orientated. She told me I could pick up my dog in 45 minutes and when I reminded her I had class she was really rude to me and made me uncomforable and I told her I told the person on the phone when I made the appointment and she said oh yeah i remember now its just annoying. Honestly, how rude is that??? When I picked him up she told me he didn't really need to be cut so she didnt do much but she still charged me the full amount... annoying, because I could have washed my dog on my own, I brought him there to get a cut! When I brought my dog home I looked over his cut and it was messy, choppy, and she literally missed spots of his coat... his hair is still thick around his neck and butt... I've never been so frustrated! I went to another groomer and showed them my dog and they said they could fix the issues and did! Thankfully, he looks okay now but I will never take my dog back to Moaks.

Cons: Rude, bad cut.

Easy to make appointments, clean facility, friendly groomer who obviously loves dogs and charges a fair price. We will be going back!

Cons: Don't do cats
