DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THIS STORE!! THE OWNERS PRETEND TO CARE BUT ONCE YOU PAY THEY AVOID YOUR CALLS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PUPPY'S WELLBEING. I was told that I would be reimbursed for my 4 month old puppy's neutering bill. Once I sent them my receipt and all of my information they pretended like the check was in the mail. That was three years ago and I still have not received anything!! I have tried making weekly phone calls to the store manager, owner's daughter....and conveniently the owner is always "on vacation".... I know I will never get my money so I figured I should warn other customers....

Pros: at least i still have my puppy

Cons: pretend they care about the dogs but all they want is money
