Do you want skilled, educated groomer?

Only the salon manager is a professionally-schooled groomer. All others you see through that window are either bathers or students of the Petsmart Grooming school. This is true of all Petsmart locations, not just one.
Pros: It's clean.
Cons: People grooming are only students at the Petsmart Grooming School
