We took our dog here a few years ago for a basic groom job. The girl combed his fur out so vigorously that he developed a dermatological condition and had to take meds. The people in the shop were very nice, but you should make sure that everyone touching your dog knows what they're doing.

Jeri did an excellent job of grooming my dog. She takes from 3 to 4 hours on a large dog with lots of fur and it's worth it. She is gentle and takes her time, producing a really thorough result.
