Won't call you back!

I called the Aurora store 2 times and never got a call back. When I called the Parker store to find out why they wouldn't return my calls, I got the equivalent of a blank stare over the phone. I asked for the owner to contact me thinking she might be concerned about how her customers were being treated. The kid told me "she isn't very good about returning calls".
I found another groomer who cares about keeping my business and she'll be grooming both my dogs from now on.

Cons: Won't return phone calls or address customer complaints

Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Things are easy to find. Lots of classes available for training. Yvonne is my favorite instructor. She loves dogs!
