Pampered Pet Center

This is my favorite pet store so I will not bad mouth them. However, I took my shih-tzu in for grooming and they didnt listen to my instructions. I asked for 5 specific things...1 he be the same length all over the body. 2 leave his ears alone. 3 leave his tail alone and 4 DoNOT cut the lashes and 5 leave his mohawk but trim it up. When i picked him up, his body wasnt smooth, they chopped off his ear hair and tail hair and his lashes...and the mohawk was gone. I just feel like they didnt listen. If i would have called the owner and complained she would have made it right but im not a complainer...sometimes!

Pros: Very friendly, very knowledgeable.

Cons: They rush thru grooming and make alot of mistakes.
