Jane's Pampered Pet

THe staff seemed knowledgeable however i was charged extra because my puppy was scared. The place seemed a bit crowded. They did a good job grooming my puppy!

Pros: Able to schedule appointment with short notice

Cons: crowded, costly

The first time I went into Jane's, she made me feel very welcome and even showed me around the store and where my cats would be staying. The second time I went to Jane's was to board my cats. When I walked in, I did not feel welcome and I definatly did not want to leave my cats. I was not allowed to take my cats up to where they would be staying and that made me worry A LOT! My older cat is very much an indoor cat and is very set in his ways. I knew that he would need "extra" attention. I do not feel that he recieved that attention while I was gone. When I picked my cats up, they were dirty. It looked like they had rolled in pee and their fur was matted looking. I was very disappointed. I will not be taking my cats back.

Pros: Great Prices

Cons: Hated it!
