The staff at this facility were friendly and helpful and courteous. The facility itself was so busy and noisy that my pets came back home and were frazzled. The groomers had to hurry to get all the pets finished and really didn't have the time or the quiet to peacefullly care for each pet.
Pros: handy in Pekin
Cons: very very busy

the new shelter is alot better than the smaller older one. the litter box odor in the cat rooms about knock you over though. Probably the cheap donated litter. & they can't help it.
