I have been taking our Golden there for a few years. I have only had one time where I was dissappointed by the serive. George came home with matted knots of fur on his ears. All other times he looks great and they seem to really care about the animals.
Pros: Very conveinent
Cons: Not always consistent

PetSmart is a fun store to bring your dog to, great for socialization! I had an appt at 1:30 and couldn't pick up my dog until after 4. I'm not sure if that's the normalality of groomers?
Pros: Easy to make an appt, were familiar w/ Pekingese cuts
Cons: Very busy, not a bad thing, but took 4 hours to do my dog.

I checked this store out on a trip to Cedar Rapids. It was just okay. Their assortment of pet supplies was good and the prices okay. I've found comparable items, quality, and prices closer to home.… more ›

This PetSmart is okay. The staff isn't the most caring, and the prices are high. But I would rather shop at Wal-Mart.
