Jodi Williams Grooming

We used Jodi for the first year that we had Lady. She was great, I could drop Lady off before work and pick her up after. She did a good job with the haircuts and Lady always smelled terrific. Unfortunately when we went on a trip, Lady had an appointment there and when our sitter took her to Jodi's house, Jodi was no where to be found. The sitter called and left a message to rescheduale while we were gone, but her call was never returned. When we got home, there was a message on our machine, so I called her back and my message was never returned.

Pros: Loves animals

Cons: Bad communications

Jodi will groom our dogs for free from the shelter. She does a great job! She has been really hard to get a hold of lately though.

Pros: Does a great job for shelter dogs

Cons: very busy
