We took our basset here. The staff was very polite and kind. However, they did not thoroughly brush him out before we picked him up. I'm sure he came home with more hair than he had when we dropped him off! Great at bathing and nails, but they should spend more time on the brush out.
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: did not do a thorough job
