We've taken Whitney (100lb black lab) to a couple of different groomers and always seem to come back to petsmart. they are great about fitting our dog in around our schedule which is awesome. They are very polite and professional at drop off and pick up (as well as on the phone when making appointment) and my dog is simply GLEAMING when we pick her up. We get the "top dog" package there which includes bath, deep conditioner, brush out, nails, teeth, ears, etc and it is still around $20 cheaper than basic services at other groomers we have checked out!

Pros: Best prices around for services received, wonderful staff

Cons: pretty busy
